Eliminare l'account Chenaniah

Senza account Chenaniah non conserva nulla online: per cancellare i dati sul dispositivo basta Impostazioni → Dati → "Cancella tutti i dati…" o disinstallare l'app. Questa pagina riguarda l'account (cloud).

Dall'app (subito)

Apri Chenaniah → Impostazioni → Tu e il team → Account e cloud.
Tocca "Elimina l'account" e conferma.

Se sei l'unico admin di un team con altri membri, l'app ti chiede prima di nominare admin un'altra persona.

Senza l'app (entro 30 giorni)

Scrivi a privacy@chenaniah.app dall'indirizzo email dell'account, con oggetto "Elimina account". Ti confermiamo la cancellazione entro 30 giorni.

Cosa viene cancellato

Il tuo indirizzo email e l'accesso.
Il tuo spazio personale nel cloud: brani, allegati, canzonieri e scalette, con i loro file.
Le tue appartenenze ai team.

Cosa resta

La libreria sul tuo dispositivo (la cancelli tu, se vuoi, come sopra).
Ciò che hai messo in un team resta al team, senza più collegamento al tuo account. Un team in cui eri l'unico membro viene chiuso e cancellato.
Per poco tempo, le copie di sicurezza tecniche del fornitore, che si sovrascrivono da sole.

Deleting your Chenaniah account

Without an account Chenaniah keeps nothing online: to erase the data on your device use Settings → Data → "Erase all data…" or uninstall the app. This page is about the account (cloud).

In the app (right away)

Open Chenaniah → Settings → You and your team → Account and cloud.
Tap "Delete the account" and confirm.

If you are the only admin of a team with other members, the app first asks you to make someone else admin.

Without the app (within 30 days)

Write to privacy@chenaniah.app from the account's email address, with the subject "Delete account". We confirm the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your email address and sign-in.
Your personal space in the cloud: songs, attachments, songbooks and setlists, with their files.
Your team memberships.

What stays

The library on your device (erase it yourself, if you wish, as above).
What you put in a team stays with the team, no longer linked to your account. A team where you were the only member is closed and deleted.
For a short time, the provider's technical backups, which overwrite themselves.

Chenaniah-Konto löschen

Ohne Konto speichert Chenaniah nichts online: Um die Daten auf dem Gerät zu löschen, nutze Einstellungen → Daten → „Alle Daten löschen…" oder deinstalliere die App. Diese Seite betrifft das Konto (Cloud).

In der App (sofort)

Öffne Chenaniah → Einstellungen → Du und dein Team → Konto und Cloud.
Tippe auf „Konto löschen" und bestätige.

Wenn du der einzige Admin eines Teams mit anderen Mitgliedern bist, bittet dich die App zuerst, jemand anderen zum Admin zu machen.

Ohne die App (innerhalb von 30 Tagen)

Schreib an privacy@chenaniah.app von der E-Mail-Adresse des Kontos, Betreff „Konto löschen". Wir bestätigen die Löschung innerhalb von 30 Tagen.

Was gelöscht wird

Deine E-Mail-Adresse und die Anmeldung.
Dein persönlicher Bereich in der Cloud: Lieder, Anhänge, Liederbücher und Abläufe, mit ihren Dateien.
Deine Teammitgliedschaften.

Was bleibt

Die Bibliothek auf deinem Gerät (lösche sie selbst, wenn du willst, wie oben).
Was du in ein Team eingebracht hast, bleibt beim Team, ohne Verbindung zu deinem Konto. Ein Team, in dem du das einzige Mitglied warst, wird geschlossen und gelöscht.
Für kurze Zeit die technischen Sicherungen des Dienstleisters, die sich selbst überschreiben.
