Chenaniah è un'app per i team di lode: testi, accordi, spartiti, scalette, pad e click per il servizio. Funziona senza account e senza internet: in quel caso i tuoi dati restano sul dispositivo. Solo se scegli di usare l'account (cloud) alcuni dati vengono conservati online, nell'Unione europea.

Senza account: tutto sul dispositivo

Brani, canzonieri, scalette, impostazioni, ruoli, file importati (PDF, immagini) e serie di pad sono salvati solo nella cartella privata dell'app sul tuo dispositivo. Non li riceviamo.
Niente pubblicità, niente strumenti di analisi o di tracciamento, nessuna vendita di dati.
Puoi cancellare tutto in qualsiasi momento (Impostazioni → Dati → "Cancella tutti i dati…") o disinstallando l'app. "Esporta tutto" ti dà una copia completa in un file zip che tieni dove vuoi.

Riconoscimento del testo

"Riconosci il testo" legge foto e PDF con un modello incluso nell'app (Google ML Kit, riconoscimento sul dispositivo): immagini e testo riconosciuto non vengono inviati a nessuno. Come indicato da Google, la libreria può inviare a Google dati tecnici anonimi sul proprio funzionamento (prestazioni, errori), mai il contenuto delle immagini.

Live in rete locale

Se avvii o ti unisci a un live, l'app comunica direttamente con gli altri dispositivi del team sulla stessa rete Wi-Fi o hotspot, senza passare da server. Passano: il nome del dispositivo e il ruolo che scegli (visibili agli altri); la scaletta, i brani mancanti o più vecchi e i loro allegati (salvati da chi li riceve); la posizione nel brano, i segnali del leader e la tonalità dei pad; un codice di accesso e, per i dispositivi fidati, un pass per rientrare senza codice (il leader può rimuoverlo). Per farsi trovare, il dispositivo del leader annuncia sulla rete locale (mDNS/Bonjour) il nome del leader, il titolo della scaletta e i propri indirizzi di rete.

Con l'account (cloud, facoltativo)

L'account serve a tenere la libreria uguale su più dispositivi e a condividerla con un team. Si accede con un codice inviato per email, senza password.

Quali dati

Account: il tuo indirizzo email e i codici di accesso temporanei.
Contenuti che sincronizzi: brani (testi, accordi, metadati), allegati (PDF, immagini), canzonieri, scalette (con i nomi di chi guida e le note che scrivi).
Team: il nome con cui compari, il tuo ruolo, quando sei entrato; gli inviti creati.
Dati tecnici registrati dal fornitore del servizio per sicurezza e funzionamento (ad esempio indirizzo IP e orari delle richieste), per un periodo limitato.

Perché e su quale base

Fornirti l'account e la sincronizzazione che hai chiesto: esecuzione del servizio (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Brani e scalette di una chiesa possono rivelare convinzioni religiose. Per questo, quando entri in un team o ne crei uno, ti chiediamo un consenso esplicito (art. 9.2.a GDPR). Puoi revocarlo lasciando il team.

Dove e con chi

Supabase (database, accesso, archivio dei file), con i dati in un centro dati a Francoforte, Germania, sotto un accordo per il trattamento dei dati.
Brevo (Francia) invia le email con il codice di accesso.
Cloudflare ospita questo sito e inoltra le email inviate agli indirizzi @chenaniah.app.

Nel tuo spazio personale i dati li vedi solo tu. In un team li vedono i membri del team, secondo il loro ruolo.

Per quanto tempo

Finché hai l'account. Se lo elimini, cancelliamo il tuo indirizzo email, il tuo spazio personale e i suoi file.
Ciò che hai messo in un team resta al team (è del gruppo), senza più il collegamento al tuo account.
Possono restare per poco tempo nelle copie di sicurezza tecniche del fornitore, che si sovrascrivono da sole.

Eliminare l'account

Nell'app: Impostazioni → Tu e il team → Account e cloud → "Elimina l'account". Oppure senza l'app: come chiedere l'eliminazione.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità dei dati ("Esporta tutto" ne dà già una copia), opporti al trattamento e revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento, scrivendo a privacy@chenaniah.app. Rispondiamo entro un mese. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) o all'autorità del tuo paese.

Altre cose

File: l'app legge solo i file che scegli di importare e salva, condivide o stampa solo quando lo chiedi tu, con le funzioni del sistema.
Link: alcuni link (questa informativa, siti di pad gratuiti) si aprono nel tuo browser solo quando li tocchi.
Minori: l'account è riservato a chi ha almeno 16 anni.

Privacy policy

Chenaniah is an app for worship teams: lyrics, chords, sheet music, setlists, pads and a click for the service. It works without an account and without internet: then your data stays on your device. Only if you choose to use the account (cloud) is some data kept online, in the European Union.

Without an account: everything on your device

Songs, songbooks, setlists, settings, roles, imported files (PDFs, images) and pad sets are stored only in the app's private folder on your device. We do not receive them.
No ads, no analytics or tracking, no selling of data.
You can erase everything at any time (Settings → Data → "Erase all data…") or by uninstalling the app. "Export everything" gives you a complete copy in a zip file you keep where you like.

Text recognition

"Recognize the text" reads photos and PDFs with a model bundled in the app (Google ML Kit on-device recognition): images and recognized text are not sent to anyone. As stated by Google, the library may send Google anonymous technical data about its own operation (performance, errors), never the content of the images.

Live on the local network

When you start or join a live session, the app talks directly to your team's other devices on the same Wi-Fi network or hotspot, not through any server. What travels: the device name and role you choose (shown to the others); the setlist, missing or older songs and their attachments (saved by those who receive them); the position in the song, the leader's cues and the pads' key; an access code and, for trusted devices, a pass to rejoin without the code (the leader can remove it). To be found, the leader's device announces on the local network (mDNS/Bonjour) the leader's name, the setlist title and its network addresses.

With the account (cloud, optional)

The account keeps your library the same on several devices and lets you share it with a team. You sign in with a code sent by email, without a password.

What data

Account: your email address and the temporary sign-in codes.
Content you sync: songs (lyrics, chords, details), attachments (PDFs, images), songbooks, setlists (with the names of who leads and the notes you write).
Teams: the name you appear with, your role, when you joined; the invitations created.
Technical data logged by the service provider for security and operation (such as IP address and request times), for a limited time.

Why, and on what basis

To provide the account and sync you asked for: performance of the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
A church's songs and setlists may reveal religious beliefs. So when you join or create a team we ask for your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You withdraw it by leaving the team.

Where, and with whom

Supabase (database, sign-in, file storage), with the data in a data centre in Frankfurt, Germany, under a data processing agreement.
Brevo (France) sends the emails with the sign-in code.
Cloudflare hosts this website and forwards emails sent to @chenaniah.app addresses.

In your personal space only you see your data. In a team, its members see it, according to their role.

How long

As long as you have the account. If you delete it, we erase your email address, your personal space and its files.
What you put in a team stays with the team (it belongs to the group), no longer linked to your account.
Data may remain briefly in the provider's technical backups, which overwrite themselves.

Deleting the account

In the app: Settings → You and your team → Account and cloud → "Delete the account". Or without the app: how to request deletion.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability ("Export everything" already gives you a copy), object to processing and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to privacy@chenaniah.app. We answer within one month. You can also complain to a data protection authority, such as the one of your country.

Other things

Files: the app only reads the files you choose to import, and saves, shares or prints only when you ask, through the system's own features.
Links: some links (this policy, free pad websites) open in your browser only when you tap them.
Children: the account is for people aged 16 or over.
This website uses no cookies, scripts or analytics.
Changes: the current version is always at this address, dated at the top.

Chenaniah ist eine App für Lobpreisteams: Liedtexte, Akkorde, Noten, Abläufe (Setlists), Pads und Klick für den Gottesdienst. Sie funktioniert ohne Konto und ohne Internet: dann bleiben deine Daten auf dem Gerät. Nur wenn du das Konto (Cloud) nutzt, werden einige Daten online gespeichert, in der Europäischen Union.

Ohne Konto: alles auf dem Gerät

Lieder, Liederbücher, Abläufe, Einstellungen, Rollen, importierte Dateien (PDFs, Bilder) und Pad-Sets werden nur im privaten Ordner der App auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Wir erhalten sie nicht.
Keine Werbung, keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Werkzeuge, kein Verkauf von Daten.
Du kannst jederzeit alles löschen (Einstellungen → Daten → „Alle Daten löschen…") oder die App deinstallieren. „Alles exportieren" gibt dir eine vollständige Kopie als ZIP-Datei, die du aufbewahrst, wo du willst.

Texterkennung

„Text erkennen" liest Fotos und PDFs mit einem in der App enthaltenen Modell (Google ML Kit, Erkennung auf dem Gerät): Bilder und erkannter Text werden an niemanden gesendet. Laut Google kann die Bibliothek anonyme technische Daten über ihren eigenen Betrieb (Leistung, Fehler) an Google senden, nie den Inhalt der Bilder.

Live im lokalen Netzwerk

Wenn du ein Live startest oder beitrittst, spricht die App direkt mit den anderen Geräten des Teams im selben WLAN oder Hotspot, nicht über Server. Übertragen werden: der Gerätename und die Rolle, die du wählst (für die anderen sichtbar); den Ablauf, fehlende oder ältere Lieder und ihre Anhänge (bei den Empfängern gespeichert); die Stelle im Lied, die Zeichen der Leitung und die Tonart der Pads; ein Zugangscode und für vertrauenswürdige Geräte ein Pass, um ohne Code wieder beizutreten (die Leitung kann ihn entfernen). Damit es gefunden wird, kündigt das Gerät der Leitung im lokalen Netzwerk (mDNS/Bonjour) den Namen der Leitung, den Titel des Ablaufs und seine Netzwerkadressen an.

Mit Konto (Cloud, freiwillig)

Das Konto hält deine Bibliothek auf mehreren Geräten gleich und erlaubt, sie mit einem Team zu teilen. Die Anmeldung erfolgt mit einem Code per E-Mail, ohne Passwort.

Welche Daten

Konto: deine E-Mail-Adresse und die zeitlich begrenzten Anmeldecodes.
Inhalte, die du synchronisierst: Lieder (Texte, Akkorde, Angaben), Anhänge (PDFs, Bilder), Liederbücher, Abläufe (mit den Namen der Leitenden und deinen Notizen).
Teams: der Name, mit dem du erscheinst, deine Rolle, wann du beigetreten bist; erstellte Einladungen.
Technische Daten, die der Dienstleister für Sicherheit und Betrieb begrenzt protokolliert (zum Beispiel IP-Adresse und Zeitpunkt der Anfragen).

Wozu und auf welcher Grundlage

Um dir das gewünschte Konto und die Synchronisierung bereitzustellen: Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
Lieder und Abläufe einer Gemeinde können religiöse Überzeugungen erkennen lassen. Deshalb bitten wir beim Beitritt zu einem Team oder beim Erstellen um deine ausdrückliche Einwilligung (Art. 9 Abs. 2 lit. a DSGVO). Du widerrufst sie, indem du das Team verlässt.

Wo und mit wem

Supabase (Datenbank, Anmeldung, Dateispeicher), mit den Daten in einem Rechenzentrum in Frankfurt am Main, auf Grundlage eines Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrags.
Brevo (Frankreich) versendet die E-Mails mit dem Anmeldecode.
Cloudflare hostet diese Website und leitet E-Mails an @chenaniah.app-Adressen weiter.

In deinem persönlichen Bereich siehst nur du deine Daten. In einem Team sehen sie die Mitglieder, je nach ihrer Rolle.

Wie lange

Solange du das Konto hast. Wenn du es löschst, löschen wir deine E-Mail-Adresse, deinen persönlichen Bereich und seine Dateien.
Was du in ein Team eingebracht hast, bleibt beim Team (es gehört der Gruppe), ohne Verbindung zu deinem Konto.
Daten können kurz in technischen Sicherungen des Dienstleisters verbleiben, die sich selbst überschreiben.

Konto löschen

In der App: Einstellungen → Du und dein Team → Konto und Cloud → „Konto löschen". Oder ohne App: so beantragst du die Löschung.

Deine Rechte

Du kannst Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung und Datenübertragbarkeit verlangen („Alles exportieren" gibt dir schon eine Kopie), der Verarbeitung widersprechen und deine Einwilligung jederzeit widerrufen: schreib an privacy@chenaniah.app. Wir antworten innerhalb eines Monats. Du kannst dich auch bei einer Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde beschweren, etwa der deines Bundeslandes.

Weiteres

Dateien: Die App liest nur Dateien, die du zum Import wählst, und speichert, teilt oder druckt nur, wenn du es willst, mit den Funktionen des Systems.
Links: Einige Links (diese Erklärung, Seiten mit kostenlosen Pads) öffnen sich nur im Browser, wenn du sie antippst.
Kinder: Das Konto ist für Personen ab 16 Jahren.
